Domain Care North West Limited’s fundamental aim is to provide a needs-led service to the people they support with Autism, epilepsy, learning disability and complex behavioural support needs between the ages of 13-30 years of age.
The organisation has been in operation since 2014. But in 2016, it found itself in a difficult position where the Landlord of the property from which they operated (Eden House) was being put up for sale and Domain Care North West would be unable to renew their lease on the building.
James Scott’s were already their accountants and helped Domain Care North West Limited to broker a finance arrangement, in order to purchase the building, thus securing the future of the organisation and allowing them to go from strength to strength.
Today Domain Care North West Limited provide a wide range of services to their stakeholders including bespoke packages of care which focus on providing respite; outreach and domiciliary care that supports and fully empowers individuals within the local community and offers access to a wide range of activities and groups where social inclusion is high on the agenda. Eden house has a proven track record of crisis re-enablement with all of the people who come to them in crisis moving onto their own independence placements.
The company is currently looking build an extension which will enable it to provide their services to even more individuals at any one time.
Simon Weldon Director at Domain Care North West explained; “Without the help of James Scott Accountants we would not be in this building right now and certainly would not be looking at expansion. They were invaluable during a difficult time a few years ago and have since helped us on a day to day basis to know manage and account for our finances. Brendan and all of the staff at James Scott Accountants are extremely friendly and professional and never let us down.”
