Hi, I am Helen the Practice Manager for James Scott, and I have worked here since June 2022. My role at James Scott is to make sure we are providing a high-quality service to all our clients and ensuring our processes continue to improve and grow with the practice.

My background is customer service management, providing a great customer experience for our clients is just as important to us as providing professional high quality accounting services.

When I am not working you will find me snuggled up with a good book or spending time with my family enjoying days out or just at home having games night or movie marathons.
