Katie Allan
Client Accountant
Katie joined James Scott in November 2015, following her decision to pursue her accountancy career in practice. Prior roles included working within an industrial electrical contractor business. She often finds this experience invaluable when working with clients as she understands the stresses of working in industry.
Since joining James Scott, Katie has worked on both desktop and cloud based accounting solutions, but see the future firmly with the latter loving the flexibility and efficiency that it gives. Recently, Katie has implemented e-commerce solutions for clients in working in this sector. Her role involves regular contact with the clients which is an aspect of the business that Katie particularly likes.
Despite her son and dog taking up much of her time outside of the office Katie still finds time for sport playing both Netball and Rounders.
